ABOUT ME
I am married, father of two children, son, brother, entrepreneur, change facilitator, coach and a human centered (interim) leader. I have a passion for what drives people (individuals, leaders and entrepreneurs), to inspire and guide them on their way to happiness, success and finding purpose.
BELIEFS
I am convinced that anyone with good guidance can become a (self-)leader. I believe in the true power of human-centered leadership and that change and innovation is most effective when it is implemented bottom-up. I also believe that creative thinking and emotional intelligence are essential to become and remain successful.
VALUE
I support my clients by unlocking what is hidden in their blind spot; by making the invisible, visible and tangible. I facilitate my clients (leaders, individuals and teams) to be empowered and guide them towards their desired (business) goal.

With passion and enthusiasm! By being vulnerable, authentic and curious to really understand what drives people, I’m able to make a strong inter-personal connection and get people in motion. Inspiring, coaching and developing people is part of my DNA.
PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
I have over 17 years of work experience in different roles, sectors, cultures and have worked with people from all over the world. I have worked in small, medium and large companies. Thanks to all these roles, I have been able to research and develop many topics both privately and professionally.
The use of my knowledge and experience in the development processes of individuals and teams touches my personal motive: increasing awareness and being aware of what is around us. This in order to achieve personal or professional goals and life a purposeful life.
