Over 20-years experience of leadership at executive and board level. Building strong, high performing teams and successful change management along the way.

My main interest is to work with individuals and teams to support them to achieve their best performance and to help them to realise their dreams and goals. In addition, to more than two decades of experience in senior leadership and management, I am an ILM Executive Coach and a certified facilitator for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.

A 23 years experience in senior leadership and a total of 27 years in education in a wide range of educational settings including state and independent Boarding schools and FE College. The past 11 years as Headteacher. Chair and Vice-Chair of the BSA (Boarding Schools Association) and the SBSA (State Boarding Schools' Association).

9 Years of military services in the Royal Air Force as an aircraft engineer, where precision, high standards and high performance are of paramount importance, with no room for error or complacency. Prior to this, I was a Design Draftsman is the automotive industry have completed an engineering apprenticeship with world and market leader Leyland DAF.
