Pablo Rodríguez

I help organizations in their transformation processes towards more horizontal and collaborative structures by applying the principles of organizational agility from a complete perspective: in processes, projects, leadership and teams, with the aim of them becoming true Learning Organizations.

I am passionate about training active professionals in organizational innovation and new ways of working that lead them to a level of autonomy and conscious leadership to propel companies to another level, to turn them into learning organizations. For more than 10 years I have been linked to agility in its different areas, especially in the development of teams with many different tools and I really enjoy working as an agility coach.

I have taught university teaching as an associate professor for several years at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with which I regularly collaborate on innovative learning methodologies. And I have also been and am a professor at different online universities and training centers where the scope is global and the didactic dynamics allow us to use other tools.

I achieve this transformation through training, facilitation and coaching using agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, OKR), QRM, Management 3.0 and Lean Change Management. From the definition of the strategy to the genba processes.
And of course using all the possibilities of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology!
