Architect with over 10 years of experience in leadership roles, social project management, architectural design, interior design and digital marketing, driving positive change in her country. She is currently CEO of Think Digital Academy, responsible for operations, training and talent management. In addition to this position, she works as a graduate professor in the Master of Project Management at UNITEC, and co-founder of Clicks Agency, the first digital marketing agency certified by Google in Central America. Prior to these positions, she was Junior Coordinator of Programs, Project Evaluator and Officer of the Strategic Planning Unit in the Honduran Social Investment Fund, now IDECOAS.
Working in several volunteer positions with PMI, she is Founding Member and Past-President of PMI Honduras Chapter (Project Management Institute). He has a Master's Degree in Project Management from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC). Between 2013 and 2017, Liaison of the PMI Education Foundation, during her tenure, created the Hacelo por Honduras program in partnership with Jóvenes Metas of USAID, to develop young people at social risk. In 2016 it was selected among 150 applications worldwide, by the PMI to participate in its elite leadership development program Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC2017).
She is certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, Lego® Serious Play® Method Facilitator by the Association of Master Trainers and Scrum Master Certified by the Scrum Alliance (CSM) and Total SDI® by PSP
