Donna Teuber

I'm an Innovation consultant and facilitator with a passion for using innovation processes to help organizations implement promising practices. With over 30 years of experience in education, startups, libraries and innovation process management, I've worked with hundreds of teams to launch successful programs and services. As a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certified facilitator, I use playful learning to assist organizations in developing shared aspirations and roadmaps for success. I was trained in 2017 by The Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method. I've invested 200+ hours in training, worked with over 50 clients, and reached over 1500 participants.

I've developed workshops using LSP and other methods for team building (including diversity, equity & inclusion), design thinking, psychological safety, service design, and strategic planning. I'm the USA representative on the Coffee Chat Moderator team for the Association of Master Trainers where I co-host LSP sessions for our global community. I travel frequently with my suitcase of LEGO® bricks! Recent engagements include Beazley Insurance, Stoa Group (LA), Google offices in Austin (TX) and Sunnyvale (CA), PwC, Substantial Design Studio (WA), Manscaped Inc., Re:Event Designs, Union City School District, The Association of Master Trainers International Convening in Billund, Denmark, and the North American LSP meeting in Montreal, Canada and Los Angeles, CA.

I have a Master’s degree in Information Science from the University of South Carolina and advanced certifications in human-centered design and creative leadership. I'm also an IDEO U teaching lead, Google for Education Certified Innovator, and contributing writer for the ISTE publication, Making Space for Active Learning. Honors include the 2014 Power to the People DILA Award from EdSurge and Digital Promise as well as the 2014 Columbia Chamber Palmetto Pillar Award for Leadership.
