I started my career as an Administrative Engineer in the Banking business improving functional areas related to customer loans, mortgages and financial analysis obtaining outstanding results in operational efficiency, risk management and expanding commercial scope.
More than 10 years ago, I made a complete career change moving into Human Resources field and started working in SABMiller plc and ABInBev, top FMCGs, where I have had the opportunity to successfully design, lead and implement transformational and transactional organizational changes which also support people in their professional and personal development.
LAst year I decided to become consultant in order to expand possibilities of actions in many companies.
I truly believe in developing people whilst outperforming business expectations. I am passionate about thriving in dynamic and fluids environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.
