With over 20 years of hands-on global project management, consulting, and leadership experience connecting IT & businesses in various industries in a multinational setting - Pfizer Inc., Ancestry.com, Systems Union, Coopers & Lybrand - I bring a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and intercultural competence to my role.
I was born and raised "bicultural" (Argentinean/ German) in Buenos Aires & moved to Germany in 2008 after relocating many times since graduating in Biz Administration at the U.C.Argentina.
I lived 8 years in USA (2 in Miami and 6 in NYC), two years in England (London), and three years in Chile ( Valparaiso). Over my career, I have visited 30 countries on project assignments, managing projects globally in over 60.
My design and facilitation approach are rooted in co-creation, & a commitment to empowering leaders and teams in multicultural settings through highly interactive & action learning methodologies, fostering a culture that values creativity, collaboration, & innovation.
I work closely with a wide range of stakeholders - renowned thought leaders, academics, practitioners, speakers, and clients ranging from large corporations & hidden champions to start-ups & social enterprises - to ensure that each program resonates with real-world challenges and opportunities, resulting in a sustainable shift in how organizations & individuals approach personal & professional development.
Some of the innovative methodologies that helped shape my role as facilitator and L&D specialist, I have been an early adopter of Business Model You® and Tim Clark´s partner since the introduction of the certified facilitator course in Europe in 2013. I have contributed as a co-creator/ collaborator in the books Business Models for Teams and Business Model You (2023 Edition)
I have been a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator since 2014 and 2015-2021, Robert Rasmussen´s (one of the method's creators) German partner.
