I spent the majority of my work career in the Fortune 500, with roles at Shell Oil Company, First Data Corporation, and Fiserv. The last 20 years of my corporate career were starting the customer service organization and then as SVP and General Manager of a $300 million manufacturing operation in Indianapolis.
I joined IWU as the Chief Strategy Officer and now operate as Executive Director of Partnership Development representing workforce development solutions and supporting recruitment through creative degree pathways and pipelines. I will complete my Doctorate in Business Administration in December 2023.
I was certified as a LEGO(R) SERIOUS PLAY(R) Facilitator in August 2023 in preparation for launching Leadership by Design as a new certification program at Indiana Wesleyan University.
